Setup Outlook on macOS

This document will explain how to setup Outlook on macOS.

1. Open Outlook

2. Click Get Started

3. Choose your color theme and click Continue

4. Click Start Using Outlook

5. Enter your S&T email address and click Continue.

6. You will be prompted to sign into Google. Do not sign in and click the Not Gmail? button in the top right-hand corner.

7. Select Exchange

8. Enter your email address, your username, your password, and the UM System email server: and click Add Account

9. Click Done and Outlook should start syncing your email.
