Disable Hidden Tunnel Adapters
In Windows 10, it is possible that a hidden network adapter is causing the device to not connect to the network.
- Right-click the Windows logo on the taskbar and select Device Manager.
- Click View and check Show hidden devices
- Look for adapters with names such as Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter or Tunnel Adapter and right-click them and click Disable
- Disconnect from the network and reconnect.
