Get over-the-phone troubleshooting and support by calling 573-341-4357 (HELP). IT Help Desk representatives can assist you over the phone or schedule a support technician to visit your office.

The IT Help Desk is our preferred method of customer contact for tech support and troubleshooting issues.
Get face-to-face assistance with computer and computer account issues on the first floor of the Curtis Laws Wilson Library.

Online Help Request System
The online Help Desk Ticket System helps IT keep track of all support requests so each issue can be resolved in a timely manner. Although many calls to the IT Help Desk often generate a Help Request, you may also enter a request directly into the system at help.mst.edu.
