Making A Conference Call

Directions on how to make a conference call, post AT&T, not Intercall. Can be done from a Cisco or Polycom phone.

From any phone dial x.9275 (if using a cell phone or calling from off-campus dial 573-341-9275)

You will hear “enter conference ID followed by # sound

Create your own conference ID using any 5-8 digit number of your choice.

  NOTE: You will need to pause between each number to allow the system to record your entry.

(example: 1234567)

Record your conference ID# that you just created. 

Email all participants with the phone number and conference ID. 

(example: Please call 573-341-9275 at or before 9:00 AM to join this conference call, you will be asked for a conference ID which is 1234567.)

There is no limit to how many participants can join the call, however, all participants must call into the 9275 number or 573-341-9275.


When creating your ID number, do so as if you were creating a PIN # for a bank account.  

The number should be given only to those who need it.  

The ID # can be reused or a new number can be created each time.
